Daily activities to get your child going

When the reset button is suddenly hit and our routines and daily life have changed, sometimes only Play makes Sense.

playSense’s occupational therapists have put together a curated play and sensory motor library to get families back in rhythm and routine.

Our lessons focus on activities that draw upon the benefits of sensory integration to help kids and families apply activities in a way that maximizes their time together and follow up with independent play/school time to give everyone a little space.

Our program includes:

  • Lessons on building routine and structure in your day

  • Morning Cup of GO - morning activities to get your child going

  • When Play makes Sense - Simple and effective sensory based activities with a companion lesson for making activities harder or easier and sensory motor benefits.

  • Tired and Wired - activities to help busy kids wind down from a long day.

If your child is receiving occupational therapy, use our searches to home in on activities to complement your child’s occupational therapy goals and keep the ball rolling when you cannot see your OT!
